Critics Are Panning The Unauthorized Bowie Biopic 'Stardust'

Critics don't seem to be too impressed with Stardust - the new unauthorized David Bowie film that doesn't include any actual Bowie music.

So far, the movie has a 27% rating on Rotten Tomatoes. The AV Club dismissed it as "Velvet Garbage", while Vulture wrote "David Bowie is rolling in his glittery grave".

Consequence Of Sound may have put it best: "For the love of god, If you love your artists, I beg of you, just listen to their albums. Don't do this to them."

The movie, starring Johnny Flynn as a young Bowie, is out today.
