Tennessee Bill Require Drunk Drivers Pay Child Support To Victim's Families

Tennessee lawmakers have passed a bill that would put drunk drivers on the hook for financial support.

The bill would force drunk drivers that are convicted of vehicular homicide to pay child support to the victim's families.

The bill passed the state House and Senate unanimously, and is now headed to the governor's desk.

What are your feelings about this idea? What should be done if the driver can't pay or is in prison?
