The name of a man struck and killed by a train Wednesday night has been released. The DPS says 40 year old Nicholas Weaver, of Beaumont, was on the tracks off Old Sour Lake Road, near Meeker, when he was struck. He died at the scene. The investigation on why Weaver was on the tracks continues.
