A man caught of video attacking an employee outside the IHOP at Eastex and Dowlen is jailed on a separate charge. 53 year old William Miller is charged with trespassing at Parkdale Mall. Bond on that charge is $2,500. Miller is expected to be arraigned for assaulting the IHOP worker Saturday morning.
