Beeaumont Police Arrest Three

Three Suspects Arrested Following Pursuit in Stolen Vehicle Connected to ATM Theft Attempt

On Thursday, November 6, 2025, at approximately 4:49 a.m., Beaumont Police Officers were dispatched to the Holiday Inn Express, located at 7140 Eastex Freeway, in reference to a stolen vehicle report.

Upon arrival, officers learned that the victim was actively tracking the stolen Ford F-250 and provided its current location. Officers quickly located the vehicle and attempted to initiate a traffic stop; however, the driver refused to comply and began to evade police.

A pursuit ensued and continued into Orange County, ultimately coming to an end when the stolen vehicle collided with a telephone pole. Three suspects were observed fleeing the vehicle on foot. Officers also noted a heavy-duty chain attached to the truck’s hitch — a tool commonly associated with ATM thefts.

K-9 Sergeant Lisenby and his partner, Loki, responded to the scene to assist in the search. After an extensive track, all three suspects were successfully located and taken into custody. Further investigation revealed the suspects had attempted to break into an ATM in Beaumont prior to being located in the stolen vehicle.

The driver, identified as Hasan, was charged with Evading in a Motor Vehicle, Theft (Third Degree), and Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity. The passengers, Colbert and Skinner, were each charged with Evading on Foot and Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity.

All three suspects were transported to the Jefferson County Correctional Facility, where they were booked on the listed charges.

The Beaumont Police Department would like to commend all officers involved — including K-9 Loki and Sergeant Lisenby — for their quick response and teamwork that led to the safe apprehension of the suspects and the recovery of the stolen vehicle.
