Beaumont police have released the name of a pedestrian that was killed Saturday afternoon. 59-year old Robin Clarity was struck by a vehicle as he was crossing the access road at Eastex Freeway near Dowlen Road. Clarity was transported to the hospital where he died. The driver stopped at the scene. No charges have been filed against the driver.
