Following a hearing in Judge Kent Walston’s 58th District Court in Jefferson County, the city of Beaumont has reached an agreement with developer Tom Flannigan that extends the order to have the Gilbert Building to be demolished extended until July 16th. Flannigan says he has a buyer for the building that was gutted by first in May or last year. Flannigan says the buyer was to restore the building.
