An off-duty security guard is jailed following a shooting at the Prince Hall Apartments in Port Arthur. 27-year old Najel Ray Hopkins is charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. His bond has been set at $200.000. Yesterday afternoon’s shooting sent the victim to the hospital where he was listed in serious condition.
