Two Beaumont city department heads have resigned. Public Works Director Bart Barkowiak resigned effective January 6th to become the new City Manager in Bridge City. Beaumont’s Chief Financial Officer Cheryl Ray is stepping down. Her resignation is effective January 3rd. to pursue other interests.
