A murder suspect is in custody. 23-year old Andre Williams II turned himself in Monday after a murder warrant was issued for his arrest. He is a suspect in the Sunday morning shooting death of 24-year old Gregory Carrington outside Honey’s Drive Inn in the 3100 block of Concord. Carrington died at the scene. After speaking to detectives, Williams was taken to jail.
