Currently, IH-10 South from Washington Blvd. to Walden Rd. Will remain closed until further notice. The IH-10 South Service Road southbound at Washington will have a permanent green light to keep traffic continually flowing. Due to how the traffic lights are configured, The IH-10 South Service Road northbound will have a permanent green light as well. The Washington Blvd. underpass will be blocked for eastbound and westbound through traffic. Expect traffic problems along IH-10 westbound from the Neches River Bridge to Washington Blvd., the IH-10 South Service Road southbound from College St. to Walden Rd., and Washington Blvd. eastbound from Major Dr. to IH-10.
