If you are not registered to vote and want to take part in the March 3rd primary election, time is
running out to get registered. The deadline to register is Monday February 3rd. In Jefferson
County, you can register in person at the main courthouse on Pearl Street in Beaumont, the sub-
courthouse on Lakeshore Drive in Port Arthur, or at the Mid-County Tax Office on Jerry Ware
Drive, near the Jack Brooks Regional Airport. If you are unsure of your status, you can call
