A Nederland man has pleaded guilty to wire fraud. 42-year old Antonio Govea Figueroa, owner and operator of Tony’s Kustom & Collision in Port Arthur, electronically submitted claims to Farmers Insurance for work. An inspection revealed that Figueroa submitted 44 claims of repairs for work that were not actually done. Figueroa faces up to 20 years in federal prison and restitution of more than $118,000. A sentencing date has not been set.
